The two part programme consists of the Echo VE smart phone application and the Vocational English Camp.

The phone application, which is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems, was developed by the Office of Vocational Education Commission, working in conjunction with the private sector. It is based on the Education Ministry's learning application - Echo English.

It will provide 130 comprehensive English language lessons.

All being well, the Vocational English Camp aims to provide intensive English courses to over 200 participants, who are mainly teachers.
